We are looking for a Sales Support person with excellent organizational, IT sales and communication skills, and customer service knowledge to participate in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support for the Sales Team by helping in the sales process with the offering and contracting and other administrative requirements
• Increase team connections by planning, organizing & following up on team meetings
• Be responsible for Arggo’s portfolio of clients and offer them customer care
• Up-sale activities to the existing clients
• Inform clients of updates and new company products
• Introduce lead/opportunities in the internal CRM and keep it updated
• Provide support for other internal sales initiatives
Requirements:
• 1-3 years previous experience
• Excellent phone communication and research skills
• Familiar with the Office365 suite
• Business software product knowledge is considered a plus [ERP, CRM, cloud solutions]
• Excellent writing scripts, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong research, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience in the IT industry or a Sales support role will be a plus
• English knowledge
