Job Location: Bucharest
We are looking for a Sales Support person with excellent organizational, IT sales and communication skills, and customer service knowledge to participate in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Sales Team by helping in the sales process with the offering and contracting and other administrative requirements
- Increase team connections by planning, organizing & following up on team meetings
- Be responsible for Arggo’s portfolio of clients and offer them customer care
- Up-sale activities to the existing clients
- Inform clients of updates and new company products
- Introduce lead/opportunities in the internal CRM and keep it updated
- Provide support for other internal sales initiatives
Requirements:
- 1-3 years previous experience
- Excellent phone communication and research skills
- Familiar with the Office365 suite
- Business software product knowledge is considered a plus [ERP, CRM, cloud solutions]
- Excellent writing scripts, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong research, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience in the IT industry or a Sales support role will be a plus
- English knowledge
