Main Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
- Overseeing office supply needs
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Arranging appointments
- Typing and word processing
- Handling correspondence
- Organizing travel for staff
Requirements:
- Proficient in operating in Microsoft 365 software packages [formerly known as Office 365] for office work such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in operating office equipment such as computers, fax machines, printers, scanners, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitudes in problem-solving
- English language, at least medium level
- Full-time availability
