We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, identify opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.


  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email or networking events
  • Via phone calls, providing the prospects/leads/clients with information about Arggo’s company products and services in order to create interest
  • Providing market research through outbound calling
  • Generating leads lists through research
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Create sales proposals, contracts, orders and update internal databases with account information
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
  • Manage the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and report the status of each deal
  • Constantly update your knowledge regarding solutions, trends and best practices and continuously improve through feedback


  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience [Software Sales is a plus]
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Software, Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent computer skills [MS Office in particular], and familiarity with CRM practices and software
  • Experience with Business Software and/or Cloud Software Solutions will be appreciated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and English languages
  • Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • A good understanding of project management, software implementation processes, managed services or cloud solutions would be a plus
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, highly motivated and target driven, with good time management skills
