Job location - Bucharest

We're looking for a results-oriented Partner Development Specialist who will actively seek out and engage potential partners, identify opportunities, and convert them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. You will provide comprehensive training programs and support to all partners in order to increase company growth, customer database, and profitability. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create a pipeline of prospects by engaging them through different social media platforms or other methods
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Perform research and planning based on the market and industry to identify top potential partners
  • Keep the internal CRM updated with all the leads and opportunities
  • Constantly update your knowledge regarding solutions, trends and best practices and continuously improve through feedback

Will be a plus:

  • Taking a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that generate opportunities and partnerships
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Support our partners with the enrollment process and help them extend their portfolio of clients
  • Perform research and planning based on the market and industry to identify top potential partners
  • Perform account planning with all managed partners with a certain level of detail depending on partner’s engagement, loyalty and responsiveness


Requirements:

  • Good networking skills and knowledge of IT industry companies
  • You have an open and dynamic personality with a proactive attitude
  • You have good communication skills, flexibility & an outspoken approach
  • Research and information synthesis skills
  • Collaborate with our sales team in delivering the best presentation of Arggo's solutions and services
  • Excellent computer skills [MS Office in particular], and familiarity with CRM practices and software
  • You possess good organization skills and outstanding time management abilities
  • Team player
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Customer orientation
  • English knowledge is mandatory
  • 1-3 years previous experience; experience in the IT industry or as Partner Development Manager will be a plus
