We are looking for a Junior Microsoft Business Central Consultant to participate in a dynamic and innovative environment with a strong record of accomplishments.
Main responsibilities:
- Provides first line assistance by answering and logging calls and emails regarding system issues
- Works with Consulting and Development teams to reproduce the issues and determine the cause then communicate the actions needed for resolution
- Administrates cases received from customers in the ticketing system
- Provides testing customer-specific developments
- Draw up operating procedures
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, economics or related field
- Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Full-time availability
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands
