Arggo – technology as a response to change

From implementing software ERP systems and Microsoft 365 to developing custom applications and integrating AI, Arggo’s products have evolved in step with market dynamics, challenges, and expectations.

Founded in November 2014 by a team of specialists with extensive experience in implementing Microsoft ERP systems, Arggo began its activity with an ambitious goal: to establish itself, over time, as a reference provider of digital technology for the business environment, capable of delivering complex applications in Romania and abroad. The early years were dedicated exclusively to ERP implementations – Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV and Axapta, today known as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance, and Supply Chain Management – with a focus on the essential financial and operational needs of organizations.

With the advancement of technology, market volatility increased, and user expectations diversified, the projects implemented by Arggo became more complex. The company responded to these changes by expanding its portfolio through the development of its own BPM (Business Process Management) platform, a tool that enables a high degree of workflow automation and customization. In parallel, Arggo strengthened its expertise in IT consulting, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and cloud solutions, offering organizations the infrastructure and knowledge needed to fully leverage the Microsoft ecosystem.

The experience gathered across varied projects confirmed a fundamental truth: each organization has its own identity, and no business can be effectively supported by rigid, one-size-fits-all software. The nature of modern operations requires solutions that are adapted, not forced. This conclusion lies at the foundation of Timeqode, Arggo’s own low-code platform for business process management, which enables the rapid creation of customized applications capable of transforming workflows. These applications can be easily integrated and are compatible with any existing system within the company’s infrastructure.

Timeqode opened the path for rapid development of applications dedicated to Romania’s fiscal compliance requirements, such as RO SAF-T, RO E-Factura, and RO E-Transport – solutions that can operate independently from an organization’s existing ERP system and meet the legislative standards imposed by the Romanian tax authorities. The platform also enabled the creation of horizontal solutions for departments commonly found in most organizations, as well as vertical applications tailored to specific industries such as agriculture, construction, banking, and healthcare.

“Our growth model has always been shaped by market realities and the specific needs of organizations. We never built products in the abstract; we offered answers to concrete situations. Every project was an opportunity to understand more deeply the challenges and characteristics of each sector, and our solutions evolved accordingly. This approach allows us to deliver more than technology: we deliver business insight and the right tools for organizations to manage their operations in a way that fits their reality.”, says Andrei Cârcu, CEO of Arggo.

The increasingly diverse range of products and services has attracted companies from a wide variety of industries. Among the organizations that chose Arggo solutions are Dedeman, Băneasa Shopping City, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Baumit, Klarwin, Hard Rock Cafe, Aquila, Automobile Bavaria, Synevo, Ameropa Grains, Secom Healthcare, Kruk, Bigotti, Agrii România, Kwizda Agro, Klass Wagen, and Titan Machinery.

These partnerships strengthened Arggo’s position across multiple sectors and demonstrated its ability to deliver scalable solutions for companies with different profiles. The projects managed by Arggo reveal the range of challenges organizations face as they adopt digital technologies. The company’s experience across diverse industries has enabled it to understand sector-specific requirements and respond with tailored technologies, without depending on rigid standard models.

As information technology continued to evolve, Arggo integrated emerging solutions such as artificial intelligence through Microsoft Copilot or via the Timeqode platform, expanding automation capabilities even further. This integration was not an end in itself but a natural step in continuously adapting the company’s offering to make full use of AI capabilities.

Arggo’s services cover the entire digital transformation cycle – from initial process analysis and system architecture design to project management, training, and post-implementation support. This holistic approach blends technology with adaptability and experience, providing organizations with the tools needed to automate and digitalize their operations.

In the B2B sector, customer expectations and technology evolve constantly; yesterday’s solutions no longer solve today’s challenges. Arggo’s portfolio reflects a pragmatic direction, beyond the comfort of familiar approaches. Adaptability and openness to new technologies lie at the heart of the company’s strategic decisions. The objective remains unchanged: solutions designed not to impress, but to fundamentally improve the way organizations operate.
