We are looking for a Telesales Specialist with excellent communication, IT sales skills and customer service knowledge to participate in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Via phone calls, providing the prospects/leads/clients with information about Arggo’s company products and services in order to create interest
• Helping the sales team identify and qualify potential sales leads
• Converting leads into sales opportunities and clients
• Providing reliable and actionable data to support the sales team in increasing efficiency and productivity
• Pre-qualifying prospects to make the work of sales teams easier
• Generating repeated business by promoting products, services or new offers
• Providing market research through outbound calling
• Generating leads lists through research
• Surveying customer satisfaction
• At least 2+ years’ experience in Telemarketing/Telesales
• Excellent phone communication and research skills
• Familiar with the Office365 suite
• Knowledge in IT sales and good negotiation skills
• Business software product knowledge is considered a plus [ERP, CRM, cloud solutions]
• Excellent writing scripts, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong research, time management and organizational skills
• Collaborative, creative spirit and cool disposition
• Fast learning, self-motivated and proactive
